Mr. Bashrum is a seasoned deal maker and investor who has dedicated his entire 30+ year career leading, structuring, negotiating and closing over 250+ transactions with a cumulative transaction / contract value of $4+ billion.

Mr. Bashrum’s deal skills and commercial acumen were developed through holding senior positions and/or performing client engagements at several Fortune 500 corporations, private equity investment sponsors, public consulting firms, mid-cap manufacturing companies, start-up companies, commercial real estate development projects.

Mr. Bashrum has developed significant international, cross-border deal experience and is an award-winning builder of inhouse transaction capabilities at several well-known, public firms.
